We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The well-kept finca and manicured gardens provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere throughout our visit. The staff were friendly and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The authentic feel of the hotel, with music playing in the background, added to the overall charm. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary toiletries, extra towels, and plenty of storage space in our room. The onsite food and beverage service was also a convenient perk that allowed us to relax and enjoy our meals without having to leave the premises. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Parque Del Cafe made it easy for us to visit and explore. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as thin walls and some small issues with the pool and pillow comfort, we would still highly recommend a stay at this exceptional hotel. our experience at Finca Hotel El Palmar was delightful and memorable.

As business travelers, we were impressed with the attention to detail at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with hot water in both the shower and hand basin, and the rooms were immaculately clean. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries, extra toilet paper, and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The availability of complimentary coffee and tea all day was a nice touch. The hotel also provided pool towels and a wardrobe with lots of hangers in the room. The staff were excellent and very attentive, and the food, especially the cooking of Doña Carmensa, was outstanding. The Superior Room with the king size bed was worth the extra cost - the mattress was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were soft. The bathroom was also very nice, and we appreciated having lamps and electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. The patio seating area and hammocks outside our room provided a private oasis. The onsite food and beverage service meant we didn't have to leave for dinner and drinks. The free covered parking was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's proximity to Parque Del Cafe was convenient, and they even arranged our entrance tickets for us.
